1. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using Goroja you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree with any part of them, you must not use the platform.

If you use Goroja on behalf of a company or organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

Goroja is intended exclusively for adults aged 18 or over. By using the platform you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

• You must not be barred from using similar services under applicable law.
• You must not access the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is illegal.
• Accounts registered by minors will be permanently deleted.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

You may not sell, transfer or share your account, or create accounts to misrepresent your identity. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Profiles, content and verification

You retain ownership of the photos, videos, descriptions and other material you upload ("your content"). You grant Goroja a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, display and promote your content for the operation of the platform.

You confirm that your content is lawful, that you own it or have the necessary rights, and that it does not depict any person under 18. Verification badges only confirm that an identity check was completed by our team; they are not a guarantee of any outcome of a meeting.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Goroja to:

• Break any applicable law or facilitate illegal activity, exploitation or trafficking of any kind.
• Harass, threaten, defraud, impersonate or deceive other users.
• Publish false, misleading or stolen content, or operate fake profiles.
• Spam, advertise unrelated services or scrape data with automated tools.
• Attempt to bypass security, payments, verification or moderation systems.
• Upload malware or content that infringes the rights of third parties.

6. Bookings and payments between users

Goroja is a directory and communication tool. Any arrangement, fee or meeting agreed between users happens directly between them. The platform is not a party to those agreements and does not control, guarantee or endorse them.

Never send money or financial details through the platform for an arrangement, and report immediately any user who asks you to.

7. Paid features

Core registration and search are free. Optional paid features such as profile boosts are billed as described at the moment of purchase. Prices, renewal and refund conditions are shown before you confirm a payment.

Except where the law requires otherwise, payments for consumed digital features are non-refundable.

8. Moderation and enforcement

We may review, moderate, limit or remove content and accounts that breach these Terms or put users at risk. We may suspend or close accounts temporarily or permanently, with or without notice, when we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect users or the platform.

You can appeal a decision by contacting us through the channels indicated in section 12.

9. Intellectual property

Goroja, including its logo, design, software and text, belongs to us or to our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute or reverse engineer any part of it without prior written permission, except where applicable law allows it.

10. Disclaimers

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or that any profile is accurate or reliable.

Users are solely responsible for their own decisions, meetings and interactions.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Goroja will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or goodwill arising from your use of the platform.

Our total liability for any claim related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to Goroja in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Termination

You may close your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, liability and governing law — will remain in effect.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page with its revision date. Continuing to use the platform after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
